While we strive to complete repairs promptly, turnaround times are estimates and subject to parts availability and the complexity of the issue.
4. Data Privacy and Protection
We respect your privacy. Any data on your device will be treated as confidential. However, we are not liable for data loss during repair. We advise clients to back up their data before bringing in devices.
5. Limited Warranty
- Repairs are guaranteed for 14 days from the service date, covering the issue originally reported.
- This warranty is void if the device is tampered with by another party or further damaged after collection.
6. Liability Disclaimer
ASHFORD PRIME SYSTEMS will take all reasonable care when handling your device. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damages
- Loss of data
- Minor cosmetic damages during disassembly
- Delays due to external factors (e.g., supplier delays)
7. Payment Terms
- Payment is due immediately upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, mobile money, and bank transfers.
8. Abandoned Devices
Devices left unclaimed after 30 days of service completion may be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion.
